Oil/Fuel Terminal + 2.5 Acres of Land

This oil fueling terminal is located in a logistically superior region. The terminal was originally used for the storage of heating oil. It consists of two 600,000 gallon tanks which are sealed and painted inside. Located near the Interstate, the area allows for rail and trucking access, as well as oil tankers and barges. There is an inspection available upon request that was conducted by trained inspectors with proper instrumentation and equipment. Around the property there is chain link fencing that complies with Homeland Security specifications. In 2014, 2 new Oil Separators were installed to be in compliance with the Environmental Protection Act. Around the tanks there is an emergency dyke containment structure to protect against leaks and spills.
